  1. 1. Is there a charge for credit card payments?


    We are charged a fee by the credit card companies for taking a credit card payment.  For this reason we charge a fee of 2% to cover our costs.  If you choose to pay by credit card this fee is added to your booking. We do not charge for payments by debit card.

  2. 2. Are there any other charges we should be aware of?


    If there are any additional charges these will be listed on our website or we will advise you of these prior to confirming your booking.

     

    For villa reservations there will be an extra charge for pool heating which is generally required during the winter months (Oct - Apr) and also for rental items such as Gas BBQ's, cots and high chairs.

     

    Some hotels charge a resort fee locally or have a local charge for car parking, where this is applicable we will advise you of this in advance.

     

    For last minute flight bookings you may be required to pay a small fee for a Ticket On Departure by the airline. For Charter Flights the airline they may charge separately for in flight meals or hold baggage

     

    We will make you aware of any charges before we confirm your booking and take payment.
