  1. 1. Are there any items we need to pre-book?


    Cots, high chairs and gas BBQ’s all need to be pre-arranged, the charges are outlined on the information page for each villa. To guarantee availability please arrange these items when you make your villa reservation.

  2. 2. When are the villas cleaned?


    All homes are fully cleaned prior to guests arrival and on departure. If you require further daily cleaning services, this can be paid for locally. All properties will also have a vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and cleaning materials.

  3. 3. Who do we contact if we have a problem?


    Our friendly local management companies all have an emergency 24 hour telephone number in case of any problems, you will be given their details prior to departure.

  4. 4. How do we pick up the keys to our villa?


    Prior to departure you will receive full details of your key pick up point, this will be conveniently located close to your home. You will also be sent details of key pick up procedures for out of hours arrivals. Some villas have lock boxes containing your keys on the front of the house so you can drive straight to the property on arrival.

  5. 5. Are linen and towels provided?


    Fresh linen and towels (including a change of each) will be in your chosen property on arrival. You will need to bring beach towels with you for use around the pool and on the beach.

  6. 6. Do we need pool heating and how much does this cost?


    The majority of pools have electric or gas pool heating. Pool heating incurs an additional charge which can be found on the website page relating to your villa. We recommend the pool is heated if your stay is between October and March. If you require pool heating please book this in advance as it will need to be turned on prior to your arrival to get up to the correct temperature. Occasionally a villa will have solar heating, this is usually provided free of charge although its performance will depend upon local weather conditions.

  7. 7. Do we need to leave a security deposit?


    A security deposit is required upon check-in, usually in the form of a credit card imprint (either Visa or Mastercard) to protect against damage to the home and its contents. Late arrivals will be asked to return to the local management office the following morning for registration procedures.

  8. 8. Is the pool area safe?


    Children should never be left unsupervised near any stretch of water and never dive into water without first checking it is deep enough.
